This week on the Book of Love podcast, we sat down with Certified Relationship Coach Liane to talk about preparing for a relationship when we are single, navigating early stage relationships, and maintaining long term relationships. We discuss how the skills we have to develop great friendship, family, and co-worker relationships can be used for romantic relationships as well. Our main topic is communication and how important it is, and how practice is key. We aren't always born with the ability and skills to communicate, but it is so necessary when choosing and maintaining a healthy relationship.
